We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll provide a replacement or refund. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
Lost, Stolen & Returned Packages
If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If your package is lost before confirmed delivery, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can work with you to resolve it.
Fraudulent disputes may be challenged using order, tracking, and delivery information.

Pre-Made Items
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once processed, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are produced after purchase. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks from purchase to delivery.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
IDETTA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
